1. Is the Park open all year round?
Yes, it is a Residential Park open all year round, unlike Holiday Parks which close down for several weeks usually in the winter months.

2. Do I have to pay Ground Rent?
Yes, you own the home but not the pitch on which it is sited.

3. Do I have to pay Council Tax, and if so, what band.
Yes, Council Tax is currently payable at Band A which is the lowest Band.

4. Is there an age limit for homes, ie, when my home gets older, will I have to replace it?
There is no age limit on homes, however, you are required to keep it in good repair and also maintain your pitch to a reasonable standard.

5. If I sell, will I need a Home Information Pack?
No, HIP's are not required on Park Homes as you are not the owner of the land on which it is sited.

6. Are children allowed?
Children are allowed to visit but not live on the Park.

7. Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome under strict control.
